- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- A desire to operate and maintain Silgan’s industrial can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, launch, and qualification of our newest can-making machines.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems.
- Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010.
- Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
