Requirements
- Strong knowledge in controls and mechatronics
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering
- Master’s Level Degree and 0 years related work experience, or Bachelor’s Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
Responsibilities
- Design and development of ultra-precision motion stages including translating and rotary motion, sensors, servos, and actuators
- Integration of control systems for precision stages, including all aspects such as dynamics, controls, bandwidth, and stability
Preferred Qualifications
- Some knowledge in precision machine design, vibrations, dynamics, and manufacturing processes
