Requirements
- 3+ years in a marketing analytics or data science role at an ad agency, ad tech company or in-house marketing team
- Experience driving paid and unpaid media strategy, planning and performance through first- and third-party data analysis, decision frameworks and learning agendas
- Experience with multi-touch attribution (MTA), marketing mix modeling (MMM) or incrementality experiments to improve and validate investments
- Experience building dashboards and working with large datasets using SQL
- Experience translating results into clear stories and recommendations
- Knowledge of statistical concepts, such as experimental design, hypothesis testing and regression, and tools such as Python
- Knowledge of brand and direct response channels (paid search, paid social, creator, video)
- Knowledge of one or more AdTech or MarTech platforms (Tag Manager, Ad Server, DSP, SEO, CDP, ESP)
- Strong presenter, comfortable handling open-ended questions
- Outcomes-oriented, curious, proactive and collaborative
Responsibilities
- Partner with our in-house Marketing, Data Science and Engineering teams to translate needs into analytical requirements, solutions and insights
- Define metrics and perform analyses to uncover performance trends, drivers, outliers and opportunities to improve our investments and campaigns across paid and unpaid channels
- Refine and apply our in-house marketing mix model to inform media investment strategy and planning
- Implement experiments to measure incrementality
- Create dashboards to help partners answer recurring questions and act on metrics using self-service tools
- Present results to partners at different levels
- Promote best practices among peers and partners
