Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Ideal candidate is a college sophomore or junior with interest in a multi-year internship experience.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools preferred.
  • Experience with photo/video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Capture and produce high-quality photography and videography to support internal and external messaging.
  • Edit video and photo content for use across digital platforms and internal communications.
  • Design visual content including graphics and presentation materials.
  • Assist in writing compelling stories and content that highlight our employees, culture, and community efforts.
  • Support planning and execution of employee, community, and talent events such as facility tours, Lunch & Learns, career fairs, and community outreach events.
  • Assist with managing and growing Crest’s presence across social media platforms.
  • Contribute to social media calendars, campaign planning, and real-time content coverage.
  • Ensure brand consistency across visual and written materials.
  • Support internal communications initiatives such as the monthly employee newsletter, digital signage, company-wide surveys, and special projects.
  • Help coordinate employee recognition and engagement events.
  • Support the company-wide internship program through storytelling, planning, and communication support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Marketing, and Talent Development teams.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by the Crest Communications team.
  • Support research and benchmarking to inform creative campaigns and strategy development.

Preferred Qualifications
