Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field.
- Ideal candidate is a college sophomore or junior with interest in a multi-year internship experience.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools preferred.
- Experience with photo/video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills required.
Responsibilities
- Capture and produce high-quality photography and videography to support internal and external messaging.
- Edit video and photo content for use across digital platforms and internal communications.
- Design visual content including graphics and presentation materials.
- Assist in writing compelling stories and content that highlight our employees, culture, and community efforts.
- Support planning and execution of employee, community, and talent events such as facility tours, Lunch & Learns, career fairs, and community outreach events.
- Assist with managing and growing Crest’s presence across social media platforms.
- Contribute to social media calendars, campaign planning, and real-time content coverage.
- Ensure brand consistency across visual and written materials.
- Support internal communications initiatives such as the monthly employee newsletter, digital signage, company-wide surveys, and special projects.
- Help coordinate employee recognition and engagement events.
- Support the company-wide internship program through storytelling, planning, and communication support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Marketing, and Talent Development teams.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the Crest Communications team.
- Support research and benchmarking to inform creative campaigns and strategy development.
Preferred Qualifications
