Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Strong Understanding and experience with planning omnichannel campaigns, ideally in the B2B space
  • 8+ years of experience planning and/or buying for media, with a focus on performance media; in-depth experience planning for digital channels is a must
  • General understanding of digital platforms, partners and analytics tools
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in managing and leading people
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams
  • Technically strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, with polished presentations skills a must
  • Ability to work successfully with teams on multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Ability to sell ideas clearly and deliver value
  • Knowledge of offline media planning
  • Experience in marketing for B2B clients or utilizing first-party data as part of media strategy

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the client’s business, with an eye toward future opportunities
  • Responsible for ongoing thought leadership and opportunities that will drive client business results
  • Key lead for client relationship, responsible for team oversight and ensuring performance is meeting client’s goals
  • Coordination of streamlining omni-channel strategies with key partners
  • Responsible for coordinating and leading larger Business reviews (QBRs, Annual Planning, etc.)
  • Lead account strategy development, including annual budget planning, KPIs, partner selection, new tactics, and tracking industry developments and recommending new tactics when applicable
  • Develop skills by participating in ongoing training, workshops, etc.
  • Understanding of all relevant tools for reporting, analytics and competitive analysis
  • Responsible for managing and coaching a team of varying levels below them
