Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant
- CRT-Medical Assistant, Registered (RMA) – AMT American Medical Technologists Upon Hire required
- CRT-At least one Certification from preferred list – UNKNOWN Unknown Upon Hire required
Responsibilities
- Scheduling, payroll, hiring, training and evaluating performance as needed
- Performs duties related to new hire skills validation including ordering/inventory of all supplies, room scheduling, required paperwork, computer-based training, and competency mandatory requirements
- Ongoing communication with practice managers and school liaisons for student schedules, progress, and evaluation
- Participate in school partnerships including job fairs, advisory board meetings and student recruitment sessions
- Oversees Skill Validation course and in house BLS (AHA) course
- Provide clinical education support, when applicable within clinical skill validation and at the practice to assist as needed
- Assists with special BMG projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years experience precepting or teaching Medical Assistants preferred
