Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
- ASCP MT or MLS, AMT MT, or AACC CT required upon hire
Responsibilities
- Performs, interprets and correlates clinical laboratory tests by following departmental protocols to assist in physician diagnosis and treatment
- Prepares specimens for testing
- Screens patient specimens
- Analyzes patient specimens for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes
- Performs quality control procedures
- Assists in maintaining an efficient and effective laboratory operation
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year relevant experience in related field is preferred
