Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills and ability to efficiently work with large volumes of data and pivot tables.
- Organized and methodical with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable collaborating with and presenting to executives.
- Demonstrated ability to be adaptive and inquisitive; natural problem solver.
- Prefers to work independently with clear initial guidance/requests leveraging cross functional resources and teams.
- Driven to deliver results with the ability to establish rapport, earn trust, and effectively collaborate with others.
Responsibilities
- Draft and perform provider interviews aimed at better understanding the member intake processes at our clinics and the member experience during the diagnostic testing phase of the member’s clinical journey.
- Interview member progression, member services, content, and digital product business functions to better understand respective function VOC needs and relevant KPIs.
- Write and draft VOC surveys and propose trigger logic for each.
- Coordinate with respective business functions to implement surveys.
- Organize and complete interviews with appropriate clinical staff (both internal and external).
- Documentation of the clinical experience from first touch to completed diagnostic testing.
- Provide recommendation for best referral practices from Progyny to provider partners with the goal of offering a frictionless member experience.
- Map communications as a function of time throughout the member’s journey throughout usage of the Progyny benefit.
- Document and capture all communications copy and corresponding trigger logic.
- Document all automated communications sent to members.
