Responsibilities
- Architect the system that underpins the prompts used to program LMs
- Work closely with the research team to determine ideal prompt structures
- Iterate on tools to automatically improve context & instructions
- Build internal evaluation systems to constantly monitor performance
- Power agents to complete complex accounting workflows
- Build tooling to tackle ever-increasing complexity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LLMs
- Interest in information theory
- Engineering background (a plus)
