Requirements
- 5-10 years of designing and building data and/or core infrastructure
- Able to break complex concepts down to their fundamental elements and then build from there
- Knows what needs to get done and how to get there
- Willing and interested to jump across multiple disciplines
- Excited to lay the groundwork, technically and culturally, as we rapidly scale
- Spots and recruits engineering talent
- Dedicated to mentoring others and open to being mentored in return
- Genuinely excited about our tech and its impact on accounting, finance, and the economy
- Loves to play with new ideas/tech
- Prefers shouting across a room over a slack message, seeking full-time in-office in NYC, 5 days a week

Responsibilities
- Designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers AI research and products
- Architecting scalable server infrastructure
- Designing efficient data pipelines
- Configuring for optimal scaling
- Developing alerts and monitoring systems
- Helping shape the early engineering culture and build out the early scaled engineering team.
