Requirements
- 5-10 years of data-heavy workflows (e.g., data science), experiment design, and managing projects; open to exceptional candidates with fewer years and evidence of exceptional ability
- Strong ability to manipulate data and run experiments
- Exceptional ability to understand business context, own projects, and communicate across disciplines
Responsibilities
- Own data and evaluations across the platform, including overseeing data labeling strategy, synthetic data generation, experiment generation, etc.
- Work closely with the research team to measure performance and with engineering to build out automated systems
- Build systems that directly power agents to complete complex accounting workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ML is a plus
- PM experience is a plus, but not required
- Willing and interested to jump across multiple disciplines
- Excited to lay the groundwork, technically and culturally, as we rapidly scale
- Genuinely excited about our tech and its impact on accounting, finance, and economy
- Love to play with new ideas/tech
- Prefers shouting across a room over a slack message, seeking full-time in-office in NYC
