Responsibilities
- Maintain area of responsibility in accordance with company policies
- Provide member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- Resolve member issues and concerns at self-checkout
- Secure and safeguard company assets by observing potential criminal activity
- Train Member Frontline Service associates on company processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service experience
- Retail experience including operating front end equipment (for example, cash register)
- Experience working with mobile retail applications
