Requirements
- Ability to handle returns and organize merchandise
- Experience in providing member service
- Knowledge of self-checkout technology and processes
- Ability to observe and communicate potential criminal activity
- Experience in training others on company processes and procedures
Responsibilities
- Maintain area of responsibility in accordance with company policies
- Provide member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- Maintain self-checkout area and resolve member issues
- Assist with securing and safeguarding company assets
- Train Member Frontline Service associates on company processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service experience
- Retail experience including operating front end equipment (for example, cash register)
- Experience working with mobile retail applications
