Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
2 years of related experience in a product-related role, preferably Footwear.
Ability to manage multiple product creation timelines.
Passion for product, sneaker culture, and fashion trends.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong work ethic; takes the initiative and is proactive.
A sense of curiosity and an eagerness to learn.
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive consensus.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations (efficient in Keynote, Miro, PPT, etc.)

Helping manage the Core Sportswear product line in partnership with the Senior Product Manager.
Being the voice of the consumer, keeping a pulse on relevant trends with an emphasis on sport and streetwear culture through the lens of footwear.
Leading focus groups, analyzing marketplace trends and bringing insights back to the product teams.
Collaborating with the Merchandising team to create impactful presentations to effectively hand over the line to Geo partners and Accounts.
Managing the product creation workflow through data management and effective collaboration across cross-functional triad partners.
Delivering on key dates and holding oneself accountable to be a great teammate.
Helping develop and maintain Visual Line Plans, Sales Tools, Tech Sheets and Product Decks.
Owning communication of changes to the triad and key partners.
Managing sample organization and tracking.
Learning how to analyze various business metrics to help plan and manage the line with the Senior Manager.
Working with the category information analyst to confirm the accuracy of the information in the MMX system.
Helping manage the three-year line plan.
