Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Service Discipline
- 2+ years experience with supervised experience working with individuals who exhibit challenging behaviors as well as co-occurring mental health or neurocognitive disorders
Responsibilities
- Provides positive support analyst services including overseeing implementation of the person-centered, positive support plan, training and directing caregivers, providing feedback to the waiver behavior professional, designing data collection methodology, and training and overseeing data collection.
- Client behavior management and strategies including observing client behaviors, providing coaching and feedback, modeling intervention strategies, and providing behavioral training to clients and community team members.
- Maintains communication and documentation by documenting client progress, communicating client vulnerabilities, updating Individual Abuse Prevention Plan, orienting clients to Service Handbook, obtaining client signatures, scheduling appointments, and entering charges in electronic health record.
- Other duties as assigned.
