Requirements
- Bachelors/4 year degree
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Consumer Insight experience – Consumer Product or Retail background in Operations and Merchandising
- Self-starter who can build a structure and produce actionable outputs from a variety of data sources
- High attention to detail; strong executive presence
- Ability to successfully partner/coordinate cross-functionally in SSC and Field environment
- Ability to synthesize data and draw clear and concise recommendations
- Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a coordinated and continuous process for analyzing insights, creating recommendations, and coordinating current and future product assortment and programs for Innovation Implementation to deploy and scale
- Proactive engagement and partnership with the Customer Experience, Merchandising, Franchisees and Operations Teams to gain, analyze and create actionable recommendations through available customer insights
- Working closely with other initial SEI departments to create geographical CSA, action items to include DMA/Market-specific product assortment and/or platform selections.
