Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of calibration/metrology/testing experience or Test Equipment Asset Management OR High School Diploma / GED with 9 years of calibration/metrology/testing experience or Test Equipment Asset Management
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
- This position requires the ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to team, ensuring sufficient statement of work, manage workload effectively, including, but not limited to: quality, cost, scheduling, subcontracting, cycle time, productivity and efficiency
- Manage employee performance and engagement including career planning
- Manage customer interactions to ensure a positive experience and address any issues or concerns
- Act as the first point of contact for technical issues with metrology technicians Liaison with Engineering Asset Management Leadership and offsite customer
- Participate in recruiting and hiring activities supporting the Metrology Services department.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Metrology Systems based on industry standards
- Active, DoD Top Secret or SCI clearance
