Requirements
- Excellent conflict resolution skills, ability to talk to individuals who may be frustrated and a working knowledge of how people make changes or learn new information
- Proficiency of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine
- Ability to effectively deliver training and coaching
- Ability to make sound decisions immediately without supervision
- Is at least 21 years old
- Has a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Has at least 2 years of previous experience in casino operations and/or guest service experience
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm greeting, build rapport, and deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and fulfilling guest requests.
- Ensure the MGM Rewards Desk operates efficiently by coaching, motivating, training, and supervising all MGM Rewards Representatives.
- Promote responsible gaming by understanding and consistently advocating for GameSense principles with all guests.
- Assess and resolve member issues related to points, comps, FREEPLAY, Tier Credits, and other MGM Rewards concerns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Has experience working in a similar setting (preferred)
