Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience; experience working with Amazon a plus
- Ability to collaborate, take initiative, and juggle several projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels within a large corporate setting
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and Analytics (Google Analytics)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and familiar with all social media platforms
- Familiarity and ease with photo-editing software (Photoshop)
- A passion and interest in consumer products, franchise/marketing strategy, and entertainment
Responsibilities
- Explore and craft unique e-commerce partnerships and strategies to further IP/brand awareness and foster fandom engagement
- Manage the day-to-day operations of AMC Networks direct-to-consumer and Amazon e-commerce stores, including TWDU Shop, AMC Shop, and Amazon Storefronts
- Prepare product listings, including imagery and metadata, for uploading and cataloging on DTC and Amazon channels. Maintain the homepages of AMC Networks DTC and Amazon e-commerce stores, updating on a regular basis to highlight new products and campaigns to align with AMC Brand Marketing and revenue priorities
- Oversee and work with various departments and external agencies to execute, track, and measure all product Marketing efforts including social media, on-air, CRM, and paid media
- Coordinate performance marketing with external agency, tracking budgets and monitoring ROAS on a daily basis across sales channels, and developing strategies to ensure maximal returns
- Contribute to all phases of marketing program development and execution to drive consumer product sales on e-commerce stores, calendarize and track campaigns and product launches
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop creative briefs and management of creative art asset creation and approvals for seasonal projects
- Conduct in-depth analysis of AMC Content (TWDU, Interview with the Vampire, Dark Winds and more) to identify consumer interests and trends, providing valuable insights to drive product development and ideation, supporting both internal teams and external partners
- Manage feedback and communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure product concepts, packaging, and marketing materials are aligned with our brands, providing design feedback and brand assurance
- Vet assets, images, key art, etc. with legal for usage guidelines, marketing/PR for release dates, and distribute assets to partners
- Facilitate contracts for signature with internal teams, distribute fully executed contracts, and digitally file contracts and all legal documentation
- Coordinate internal product order requests and fulfillment for internal partners and teams
- Maintain inventory storage closet and work with external storage facility
- Stay abreast of recent industry trends related to franchise, licensing, location-based experiences, and general fandom, identify potential partners and products
- Collaborate with team on other special projects and brand-licensing partnerships
