Requirements
- 4+ years of experience at a top tier consulting firm, investment bank, private equity firm, or other comparable experience
- Very strong analytical skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and experience leveraging data / analytics to solve problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with eagerness to interface with internal organizational leaders
- Desire to collaborate across multiple teams to create a positive impact beyond their immediate scope
- Interest, experience, and/or passion for healthcare and or value-based care
- US work authorization
Responsibilities
- Lead the forecasting of new patient growth targets for Oak Street Health
- Drive analytics and lead ongoing reporting to inform strategy development, enhance partnerships, and develop recommendations to improve growth initiatives within and beyond the Growth Team
- Collaborate with Oak Street Health team members and stakeholders across Patient Engagement & Population Health to align growth targets with organizational goals and priorities
- Partner on budgeting process for Growth organization
- Develop materials and lead discussions with internal organizational leaders
- Advise leader on Growth execution
- Manage and/or coach and develop junior teammates
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous strategic planning and operations experience a plus
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Powerpoint/Google Slides; experience with Alteryx, SQL or other programming languages a plus, but not required
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools is a plus
- Effective and flexible team player with demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
