Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in HR, including significant experience in an HRBP or HR management role
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver HR support to business units, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Provide strategic HR advice to senior management, focusing on talent management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Monitor HR KPIs and provide data-driven insights to business leaders to optimize HR operations.
- Participate in recruitment efforts for critical roles and ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, escalating when necessary, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement organizational design decisions.
- Follow all CDK Global policies and procedures
- Complete all mandatory assigned compliance tasks and acknowledgements
