Requirements
- A strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- The ability to establish credibility and influence leaders at all levels.
- A customer-service-oriented mindset, both internally and externally.
- A proven ability to deliver outstanding results across the organization.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to collaborate effectively across divisions, functions, and organizational levels.
- Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- The ability to use data to generate insights and drive decision-making.
- Discretion when handling sensitive issues, with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting hourly employee client groups is a plus.
- Ability to travel to multiple facilities as needed.
Responsibilities
- Identifying, developing, and implementing HR programs that align with the business unit’s objectives and key performance priorities.
- Partnering with Facility Operations Leaders and providing expert guidance on the people, organizational, and capability aspects of our business strategy.
- Coaching and advising leaders on talent development and performance management best practices.
- Leading key HR initiatives, including talent management, training, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, and salary reviews.
- Collaborating strategically with the business to design and implement workforce strategies that align with both business and HR goals.
- Analyzing key business trends and partnering with cross-functional HR teams to create solutions, programs, and policies to achieve organizational goals.
- Fostering a talent management mindset and executing a talent agenda that aligns with critical business priorities.
- Driving the talent review process and working closely with business leadership and COEs to create Individual Development Plans and functional talent action plans.
- Partnering with COEs to raise awareness and focus on local Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred experience in call centers, distribution centers, or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
