Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum seven (7) years’ project and program management experience
Responsibilities
- Ensures effective project management practices are used for scoping, scheduling, budgeting, reporting and execution, and supported by effective project administration methods that are aligned with Williams project management standard methodologies
- Manages a portfolio of project and program management services for company Information Technology function, including the analysis, execution, and delivery of projects
- Builds and maintains effective relationships across IT and with business partners to successfully complete projects through each stage
- Accountable for recruiting, training and developing team members; establishes goals, provides direction and resources through training, leadership, and performance feedback
- Develops, monitors and controls departmental expenditures, capital spend and contractor expenses
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Finance
- Experience in IT project/portfolio resource planning, reporting, prioritization and budgeting
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
