Requirements

  • 3-4 years’ experience securing and managing electronic communication tools in an enterprise environment, with financial industry experience a plus.
  • Experience and proficiency supporting and maintaining Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with industry standard eComm capturing and archiving tools a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and take ownership of your area of technology to drive and deliver results, to include working under occasional tight timelines and pressure with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide timely, effective, clear, and concise communications.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily compliance and security activities related to all electronic communication tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Purview, Telemessage, Behavox, & Global Relay.
  • Consult and provide guidance to teams regarding communication policies, changes, and project-related activities.
  • Assist team with ensuring all regulated staff have the appropriate communication tools and configurations in place through automated reporting and alerting, conducting weekly reviews of staff reporting and metrics, and creating action plans for any non-compliant communications.
  • Monitor all methods of electronic communication for compliance with a focus on Microsoft Purview.
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements for greater compliance, service delivery optimization, and automating manual processes.
  • Contribute to the design and support of current and future product development from a communications and compliance perspective.
  • Assist with the creation and/or maintain documentation for responsible technologies including diagrams, SOPs, Technical Security Standards, runbooks, end-user guides, and review recommended best practices to aid in continuous improvement.
  • Research and recommend where possible, potential areas for improvement through innovative or automated approaches related to the compliance of communication channels/devices and assigned policies/controls.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred
