Requirements
- 3 years of related experience with a Bachelors Degree. 1 Year of experience with a Masters Degree
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Strong technical background with Military systems (i.e. FAAD and AMDWS)
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of military operations, procedures, and training activities
- Must be able to travel at least 40% of the time
Responsibilities
- Provide consulting expertise to military or defense clients in the development and evaluation of military training and doctrine
- Plan and execute some or all phases of military training, including instructional delivery, doctrinal development, scenario driven exercises, and after action review and analysis
- Function as a member of a Training Team by performing instructor-led training to DOD Civilians and deploying units in both garrison and field environments
- Assist with the accountability and maintenance of equipment used in support of all training
- Assist with the development of training material used in support of all training
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Military experience as a NCO or Warrant Officer
- Certified Military Instructor courses
- Documented experience with military academic instructional development at the individual and collective levels
- Familiarity with C-RAM and C-UAS systems
- Familiarity with ADA systems
- Active Secret clearance
