Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance
- CASP+ certification
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Mission Assurance and IT systems management in military or defense-related environments
- Proven experience in managing C5IM systems, including KT-C and MRT-C
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining resilient, assured systems and IT infrastructure
- Strong understanding of configuration management principles, best practices, and tools
- Experience developing and implementing strategies and processes for mission assurance
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive plans for information access and maneuverability
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the architecture, configuration, and resilience of C5IM capabilities and assets
- Ensure the successful deployment, integration, and interoperability of C5IM systems
- Lead efforts to ensure configurations, systems, and networks are resilient
- Develop and implement strategies to assure and sustain operational readiness of C5IM systems
- Establish and manage configuration management processes
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams
- Implement measures to address technical debt and optimize system performance
- Lead the development and execution of configuration management blueprints
- Provide strategic direction for continuous improvement of IT systems
- Ensure the security, integrity, and resilience of IT infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting USSOUTHCOM or similar combatant commands
- Familiarity with DoD IT standards, policies, and frameworks related to C5IM, EIE, and CM management
- Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and risk management processes in military and defense environments
