Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in facilities management or office relocation in a corporate environment, or other related experience
Responsibilities
- Manage new hire onboarding information and liaise with admins/managers
- Guide teams through move logistics and details
- Update move matrix and assess workspace requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and communicate updates
- Schedule and oversee all aspects of the move, including movers, security, and technical disconnects/reconnects
- Manage on-site operations during the move
- Coordinate vendor installations and post-move services
- Provide welcome communications and troubleshoot issues
- Manage excess furniture and equipment
- Update seat assignments for accurate reporting
- Additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager
