Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in facilities management or office relocation in a corporate environment, or other related experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage new hire onboarding information and liaise with admins/managers
  • Guide teams through move logistics and details
  • Update move matrix and assess workspace requirements
  • Coordinate with vendors and communicate updates
  • Schedule and oversee all aspects of the move, including movers, security, and technical disconnects/reconnects
  • Manage on-site operations during the move
  • Coordinate vendor installations and post-move services
  • Provide welcome communications and troubleshoot issues
  • Manage excess furniture and equipment
  • Update seat assignments for accurate reporting
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager
