Requirements
- A firm commitment to the mission of BYU
- 2 years of related experience
- Computer proficiency (MS Word and Excel)
- Cashiering, customer service, or public relations skills
- Ability to organize work independently and handle many projects at once
Responsibilities
- Prepare, update and distribute weekly service assignment list for 2,000-2,500 missionaries that reside at the MTC.
- Generate and distribute weekly reports for custodial supervisor use.
- Coordinate Senior Missionary (33 rooms/couples total) accommodations, including residence, and housing payments.
- Carry out responsibilities for the cashier office of the MTC / BYU departments.
- Provide monthly statistical reports for, missionary bed count charged, Occupancy personage and BYU support Provider’s.
- Provide support for missionary ID cards (access, damage, or loss).
- Supervise/maintain office security and train office personnel on the security system.
- Hire and train a team of student workers to assist in office work.
- Consult/train all Building Operations staff on Workday payroll system and reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree and 4 years of related experience
- MTC database reports, payroll system, deposit program, and hiring experience
