Requirements

  • Computer proficiency (MS Word and Excel)
  • Cashiering, customer service, or public relations skills
  • Ability to organize work independently and handle many projects at once

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, update and distribute weekly service assignment list for 2,000-2,500 missionaries that reside at the MTC.
  • Generate and distribute weekly reports for custodial supervisor use.
  • Coordinate Senior Missionary (33 rooms/couples total) accommodations, including residence, and housing payments.
  • Carry out responsibilities for the cashier office of the MTC / BYU departments.
  • Provide monthly statistical reports for, missionary bed count charged, Occupancy personage and BYU support Provider’s.
  • Provide support for missionary ID cards (access, damage, or loss).
  • Supervise/maintain office security and train office personnel on the security system.
  • Hire and train a team of student workers to assist in office work.
  • Consult/train all Building Operations staff on Workday payroll system and reports.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates degree and 4 years of related experience
  • MTC database reports, payroll system, deposit program, and hiring experience
