Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, public speaking, or teaching.
Responsibilities
- Greeting the public, welcoming and greeting visitors to The Walmart Museum in accordance with Walmart’s four Basic Beliefs – Respect the individual, Act with integrity, Serve our customers and members, and Strive for excellence.
- Being knowledgeable of Walmart history, providing information to visitors about Walmart’s history, culture, and philosophies
- Performing minor housekeeping/maintenance: Checks for tidiness of restrooms and servicing if needed
- Assisting with technology operations and support
- Being familiar with operation of hologram
- Troubleshooting and repairing any tech issues with interactive exhibits
- Acting as a liaison between museum and tech teams
- Performing cleaning tasks in accordance with duty lists and standards
- Working closely with The Walmart Museum team to ensure an overall positive experience
- Assisting in welcoming group tours
- Performing occasional Archival duties including scanning of assets, cataloguing objects
- Training on cash registers to assist retail operations as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- You have excellent customer service and communication skills.

- You have 0 – 1 years’ experience in retail operations.
