Requirements
- Knowledge of the Navy mission, their requirements, and technological challenges
- Ability to quarterback deal processes, including preparation of materials such as decks and demos, polished presentations to stakeholders at all levels, follow-up with the client, account strategy, and ownership of all deal steps
- Ability to own and drive the sales process from lead generation through deal closure
- Ability to run enterprise deal processes autonomously, knowing when to pull others in to accelerate the deal, including executive sponsors, commercial support, product SMEs, and legal
- Ability to make net new connections in service of the broader commercial targets or objectives, including identifying, sourcing, and nurturing leads with the intent of converting them to deal opportunities
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 20+ years of experience working with both the Navy and their industry partners in support of the Navy mission, and developing relationships with key players or Bachelor’s degree and 10+years of experience with experience working with both the Navy and their industry partners in support of the Navy mission, and developing relationships with key players
