Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite, focusing on Revenue Accounting, GL, and ARM.
- Strong understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles.
- Experience with SSP automation and revenue allocation methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in SaaS, technology, or subscription-based business models is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as a NetSuite SME for revenue accounting, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 standards.
- Optimize and configure NetSuite ARM for automated revenue recognition and SSP compliance.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to streamline General Ledger (GL) processes and financial reporting.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for revenue management enhancements.
- Provide expertise in NetSuite integrations related to revenue recognition and financial reporting.
- Support testing, training, and go-live activities for system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot system issues and work with NetSuite support or implementation partners to resolve them.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and user training materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience working in SaaS, technology, or subscription-based business models is a plus.
