Requirements
- Expertise in managing NetSuite configurations, customizations, and dashboards.
- Experience with data migration and integration, including ETL tools, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Ability to create NetSuite Saved searches and reporting.
- Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to analyze large sets of data and work with data analysis tools.
- Possesses a keen attention to detail, with a logical and efficient approach to work.
- Ability to communicate professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts of diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational requirements.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts in both technical and business language.
- Demonstrated experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with a strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge and experience with all aspects of issue tracking and requirements engineering, including commonly used tools, e.g., SNOW, Jira, and Confluence.
- Troubleshoot issues, manage user roles/permissions, and train.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with solution architects to evaluate the impact of system changes on downstream work processes and organizational impacts.
- Work with business and technical teams on the creation of system design proposals, models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to technical staff.
- Perform cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for proposed systems, research software, and hardware products to justify recommendations and support the project request/approval governance process.
- Monitor the progress of development and implementation, document the current state of business processes, and perform data analysis.
- Assist in the development and execution of test cases, produce traceability matrices and status reports, provide oversight for quality assurance testing, and draft and distribute communications of enhancements to end-users.
- Manage the project intake portfolio and high-level schedules and complete the required training to become familiar with the current system.
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of Oracle NetSuite experience.
- Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Salesforce and integration experience is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a business analyst, system administrator focusing on optimizing processes.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Accounting or Business Administration.
