Responsibilities
- Data entry of provider credentialing data into the main database
- Submission of group enrollment applications via payer enrollment portals
- Management of the CAQH group profile
- Complete provider enrollment profile in CAQH
- Collaborate with the Payer Team
- Ensure efficient certification applications are submitted
- Perform all daily credentialing functions as needed
- Coordinate with Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO)
- Weekly follow-up review of provider status
- Correspond with providers for missing data elements
- Document all credentialing correspondence
- Perform daily onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Manage and edit provider headshots
- Conduct regular audits of provider network data
- Document audit findings and generate reports
- Correspond with providers via Zendesk
- Perform training admin tasks as needed
- Be an active participant in recurrent meetings
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
