- 3-5+ years of proven success in digital media sales and brand partnerships, ideally with a digital platform or media property.
- A track record as a self-motivated, strategic hunter who thrives in developing new business.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to translate market data into actionable sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A highly collaborative spirit – effectively partnering with internal teams like product and marketing to achieve common goals.
- Impeccable organization and the ability to adeptly manage multiple priorities without missing a beat.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus).
- Excitement about contributing to growth in the early stages of an innovative business.
- Passion for internet culture, social media trends, and engaging short-form content.
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect, develop, and manage your portfolio, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
- Strategically manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce, providing insights and forecasts to leadership that shape our growth.
- Engage directly with brands and agencies, conducting at least three compelling in-person sales meetings weekly.
- Influence strategic direction by advising leadership and cross-functional teams on market trends, opportunities, and innovative sales strategies.
- Cultivate lasting partnerships with influential decision-makers at top brands and agencies, fostering sustained revenue growth and long-term relationships.
- Maintain a collaborative and partnership-oriented mindset, emphasizing long-term growth and success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
