Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in field coordination, construction, or related industries, preferably in a night shift role
- Experience operating effectively on a civil site, including working with heavy equipment and traffic management.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a drug-free workplace environment with a random drug testing program.
- Responsible for driving a safety culture which promotes Incident and Injury Free Performance.
- Plan truck routes and safely escort vehicles throughout the site, ensuring smooth transportation and adherence to site regulations. Communicate with day shift leadership to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of operations.
- Track and report progress, delays, and any operational challenges to project management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the night shift, escalating concerns as necessary.
- Read and comply with safety plans, rules, maintenance instructions, training manuals, MSDS’s, warning tags, traffic signs, and procedure manuals.
- Perform additional assignments and special projects as directed.
Preferred Qualifications
- TWIC card holder preferred.
- 40 Hour HAZWOPER training preferred, but not mandatory.
- Competent Person Safety Training preferred, but not mandatory.
- 8-Hour Supervisory Training preferred, but not mandatory.
- 30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety Training preferred, but not mandatory.
- First Aid and CPR preferred, but not mandatory.
