Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications, MS enterprise tools, Power automate and Power BI
- Ohio Licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse
- General or practical nursing experience in an occupational health nursing setting or other clinical establishments
Responsibilities
- Provide operational assistance to the North America Medical Leadership Team including managing schedules for operations meetings, organizing meetings for lead team, regional medical team, and preparing documents and reports to ensure tracking of actions steps and deliverables
- Responsible for enabling employee testing as per corporate guidelines on limited planned days in a week OR based on emerging business needs
- Maintain accurate and updated records and tracker, including medical team connects, trainings and certification, and Veeva documentation
- Input and maintain data related to employee health programs, generate reports, and assist with data analysis to support departmental goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Adult CPR, AED and first aid training, Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist and NIOSH spirometry certified, OHSA blood borne pathogen training (all desirable)/ willingness to learn these skills
