Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities
- Identify, understand and process insurance applications
- Field incoming requests from clients and manage web chat
- Assist with client requests
- Set appointments for agents
- Work with carriers to resolve issues
- Prepare letters and emails
- Data entry and reporting
