Requirements
- Intermediate level of experience in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn new software
Responsibilities
- General administrative duties aligned with the delivery of our field services such as: Job pack printing, label printing, and paperwork preparation
- Petty cash and credit card administration
- Attendance tracking
- Assisting with hotel reservations
- Maintaining office supplies and the photocopier
- Preparing reports such as reports required by PCA/Stewardship or Municipalities
- Answering inbound phone calls
- Issuing letters of destruction
- Submitting documents to our customs broker
- WOW! internal and external customers!
- Ability to work as a team player
