Responsibilities

  • Create an outstanding workplace experience – Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment where employees feel supported and empowered to do their best work.
  • Manage office operations seamlessly – Oversee office purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Curate an exceptional food & beverage experience – Coordinate onsite snacks and catering to keep the team fueled and energized.
  • Plan and execute memorable events – Partner with Office Leads and the Social Committee to organize company outings, in-office celebrations, and team-building activities that strengthen culture and connection.
  • Empower seamless onboarding experiences – Work with HR, IT, and Recruiting to ensure new hires are set up for success, managing seating arrangements and workplace essentials.
  • Maintain office upkeep and functionality – Take charge of all office maintenance, from workspace ergonomics to cleaning and equipment needs, ensuring a comfortable and productive environment.
  • Deliver a world-class visitor experience – Greet guests and interviewees, assisting with travel, accommodations, and any necessary arrangements.
  • Manage shipping and correspondence – Work alongside our Operational teams to oversee mail distribution, package handling, and shipping logistics to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Provide remote office support – Offer light assistance to satellite locations that do not have an on-site Office Coordinator.
