Requirements
- High School diploma or G.E.D. required
- Associates degree or 2+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience using multi-line phone systems
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service; welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, announce visitors to appropriate personnel, and direct visitors to meeting rooms or offices; add visitors to guest list for office upon request.
- Answer and screen telephone calls and emails, take and deliver messages, and provide information to visitors and callers.
- Maintain a clean voicemail and email inbox, returning inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain a working knowledge of stadium events and policies in order to answer inquiries about organization and provide callers and guests with accurate information about events at the facility, directions, etc.
- Receive, coordinate and input data for the NFL Credentialing System.
- Prepare and make copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
- Order, receive, and maintain office supplies.
- Receive and distribute mail, along with ensuring that all correspondence is sent out in a timely manner.
- Manage the schedule of internal conference rooms, along with keeping office spaces clean and tidy at all times.
- Be available to work a majority of major Stadium events i.e. concerts, Vikings games, etc.
- Assist all departments with various administrative duties.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
