Office Managed Services Consultant

Expertise in Office 365 and related core technologies including but not limited to Active Directory, Cloud Identities, Exchange, Teams, ADFS, Entra ID Connect, and EMS
Real-world, hands-on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions utilizing Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 within large complex environments
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for applications across the Office 365 Stack such as OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Forms, Yammer, Office Suite, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Sway, etc.
SME for Entra ID, Azure Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Skype for Business / Teams, and other O365 workloads
Real-world experience helping to manage and maintain Active Directory, Entra ID integration, GPO’s, etc.
Experience with Entra ID, Intune, Cloud App Security, Conditional Access
Knowledge of how to manage and maintain SharePoint Online, Team Sites, Document Libraries, and permission structures
Any Microsoft or Technical certifications related to the core technology stack of M365
Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and custom KQL queries would be a big positive

Surface and analyze customer business requirements
Translate requirements into an Architectural design and influence the deployment of key infrastructure components
Design, construct, configure, and maintain all facets of an Office 365 Tenant
Plan and Execute an end-to-end implementation of the target workloads
Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Office 365 and related core technologies
Be up to date on new technologies within Office 365 that could benefit customers

Any Microsoft or Technical certifications are a positive and should be noted, especially related to the core technology stack of M365
Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and custom KQL queries would be a big positive
