Requirements
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures and industry rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industry.
- Knowledge of financial markets and products.

- Ability to operate standard office equipment and use required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Ability to maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor to work with clients.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Ability to utilize good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with clients, financial advisors, and back-office personnel.
- Ability to effectively organize, manage, track, and complete multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work independently, under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the office.
- Ensure compliance with firm and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Responsible for payroll.
- Oversee ordering of supplies, purchase orders and postage usage.
- May review branch invoices and operating statements.
- Research and resolve complex problems relating to client accounts and inquiries.
- Greet clients in-person, over the phone, and via email.
- Schedule clients for advisor meetings.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
