Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operations of the office.
  • Ensure compliance with firm and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for payroll.
  • Oversee ordering of supplies, purchase orders and postage usage.
  • May review branch invoices and operating statements.
  • Research and resolve complex problems relating to client accounts and inquiries.
  • Greet clients in-person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Schedule clients for advisor meetings.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
