Requirements

  • 5+ years of office management and executive assistant experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to support business needs
  • Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Coordinate office logistics, including space planning, facility maintenance, and IT support coordination
  • Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation
  • Support finance and accounting functions, including invoice processing and expense reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup or tech environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of HR and finance operations
