Requirements
- 5+ years of office management and executive assistant experience in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to support business needs
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and best practices
- Coordinate office logistics, including space planning, facility maintenance, and IT support coordination
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Support finance and accounting functions, including invoice processing and expense reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup or tech environment is a plus
- Knowledge of HR and finance operations
