- Conduct extensive hands-on operations and maintenance work
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment
- Monitor operations and conduct routine assessments of building systems
- Perform tests, rounds, and analyze data to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical equipment
- Adjust and maintain air conditioning equipment, boilers, and other mechanical and electrical equipment
