Responsibilities

  • Optimize resource allocation to meet operational needs.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor office expenditures.
  • Handle invoicing, receipts, and petty cash management.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for financial reporting and compliance.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Manage logistics for internal and external events.
  • Ensure events run smoothly and within budget.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of office technology and tools.
  • Ensure the office has the necessary technological infrastructure to support operations.
