Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Engineering, Management or Analytical field from four-year college or university and two to five years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience using analytical toolset
- Demonstrated interest in developing toolset to support the operating environment
- Experience or interest in process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task efficiently, works in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects, and has strong attention for detail
- Demonstrates high critical thinking, reasoning skills, and good professional judgement
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficient at data manipulation tools (SQL, Python, PowerBI, etc.)
- Familiarity with Air Methods systems (UKG, Complete Flight, Snowflake, Rescue Net, Coupa, or others)
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources
- Develop business dashboards and reports in support of operations
- Develop decision support tools for use by operation in day-to-day operational decisions
- Interface with analytical community to leverage wide range of expertise to address operational issues
- Other duties as assigned
