Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent degree
- 3+ years experience in a related field or product knowledge
Responsibilities
- Execute complex transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures
- Process and/or reconcile complex transactions of varying risk and financial value
- Identify and address exceptions and serve as a point of escalation for complex transactions
- Provide consultation and advice to internal and external customers
- Review existing processes, recommend improvements, and assist with implementation
- Participate in and may serve as a subject matter resource for process improvement projects
- Review transactions and related documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels
- Participate in risk mitigation activities
