Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years of professional work experience providing administrative or clerical support in a busy office environment
Responsibilities
- Assist students with registration activities (ex. adding/dropping of courses, grade mode changes, registration, reinstatement, deferrals, withdrawals, leave of absence, attendance, etc.)
- Monitor, manage and reply to office emails, telephone calls, and voicemails.
- BSEP coordinator; act as a liaison to BSEP with host institutions; process BSEP registration forms, exchange of transcripts, and notifications.
- Produce and track in-house transcripts and enrollment verifications.
- Supervise student workers.
- Maintain supplies for the Commencement ceremony as well as general office supplies.
- Provide leadership for the transition from paper files to digital files and provide backup and assistance to other members of the Registrar’s Office when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate Degree
- Prior experience working in a college environment
