Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of professional work experience providing administrative or clerical support in a busy office environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist students with registration activities (ex. adding/dropping of courses, grade mode changes, registration, reinstatement, deferrals, withdrawals, leave of absence, attendance, etc.)
  • Monitor, manage and reply to office emails, telephone calls, and voicemails.
  • BSEP coordinator; act as a liaison to BSEP with host institutions; process BSEP registration forms, exchange of transcripts, and notifications.
  • Produce and track in-house transcripts and enrollment verifications.
  • Supervise student workers.
  • Maintain supplies for the Commencement ceremony as well as general office supplies.
  • Provide leadership for the transition from paper files to digital files and provide backup and assistance to other members of the Registrar’s Office when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate Degree
  • Prior experience working in a college environment
