Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in CRE, operations management, technology implementation, or related roles.
- GxP Manager Certification preferred
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, workplace trends, and technology solutions.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology implementation and optimization initiatives.
- Experience in change management and driving digital transformation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix organization and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- HCD trained or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize technology utilization across WPM processes in the Americas region.
- Provide oversight and guidance to EMEA and APAC regions to ensure global alignment of technology operationalization efforts.
- Collaborate with the Global Transformation team to align regional initiatives with overall organizational objectives.
- Lead initiatives to identify, analyze, and improve technology adoption and utilization across various business processes and systems.
- Develop and implement best practices for technology integration and optimization within WPM core processes.
- Coordinate with JLLT and business units to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
- Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement in technology-driven processes.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to technology utilization and operational efficiency.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance technology-enabled processes.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance technology proficiency across the organization.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the Operations Enablement team.
- Collaborate extensively with Products, Tech Deployment, Client Onboarding, Operations Performance & Program Management, and JBS teams to align technology initiatives with business needs and ensure seamless integration across the organization.
- Provide regular reports and presentations on technology utilization, process improvements, and their impact on operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with senior leadership, account managers, and business unit heads to drive cross-functional cooperation and success.
- Build and lead a high-performing Operations Enablement team for the Americas region.
- Collaborate and act as team leader/coach to team members and regional counterparts in EMEA and APAC.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred.

- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
