Requirements
- 5+ years managing a team
- 5+ years experience administering software services in a Unix environment
- Solid understanding of basic project management principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, to effectively partner with engineering teams and cross-functional partners
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Puppet or Ansible
- BS degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of highly skilled lab engineers
- Collaborate effectively with partner teams
- Lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered with excellence
- Support the deployment, administration, and troubleshooting of devices at scale.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience working with operational tools such as Splunk
- Understanding of LAN network infrastructure
- Experience managing a datacenter or large-scale computer lab
- Proficiency with Python, shell script, or similar
